How does the 75/25 model work?
You own the farmhouse. Pak Assasa runs bookings, guests and upkeep, and keeps 25% of annual profit for operations, services and management. You receive 75% of the rental income, plus the property’s appreciation.
Can I use the farmhouse with my family?
Yes. Our investors may visit their farmhouse with family and enjoy all the other facilities free of charge.
What documents will I receive?
An investment agreement, ownership certificate, leasing documents, monthly development reports and a completion report.
I live abroad. Can I still invest?
Absolutely — overseas Pakistanis are among our core investors. Meetings can be held online, and our Nigehbaan portal can support your family at home too.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Figures on this website are illustrative projections based on our assumptions about occupancy, rates and appreciation. We will share a detailed, personalised projection before you invest.
